Just the Pieces
This option includes the unfinished wooden round and all personalized laser-cut pieces. Paint, brushes, glue, signing pen and other supplies are not included. This is ideal if you already have your own crafting supplies or want to create a completely custom colour palette.
Completed
Your guest book round will arrive fully painted, personalized and assembled, ready for your guests to sign. Choose colours that complement your wedding or event décor.

Please carefully check the spelling of all names, dates and wording before submitting your order. Your personalization will be created using the information provided.
Signing Your Guest Book
For the best results, we recommend using a fine-tip permanent marker or paint pen. Always test your pen on a small, less-visible area before the event.
Allow all signatures to dry completely before handling or stacking the round. A signing pen is not included unless specifically stated in the product options.
The amount of signing space available will depend on the size selected and the amount of personalized wording included. Consider choosing a larger round for events with more guests.
Please Note
Each guest book round is laser-cut and made to order. Natural wood may contain variations in grain, texture, knots or colour. Slight differences in paint and stain finishes may also occur because each piece is finished by hand. These characteristics make every guest book unique.
Colours may look slightly different in person because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
This product is intended for indoor decorative use. Keep it dry and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct heat or outdoor weather, as wood may swell or warp.
Hanging hardware is not included unless stated in the selected product option. Please allow sufficient production time and include your event date when ordering, particularly for custom designs or larger quantities.
Local pickup is available from our North Gower studio, south of Manotick. Shipping availability and applicable costs will be shown at checkout.
