Important Information

Shiplap Upgrade: The shiplap-style background shown is an upgrade and is available as an additional option. Standard backers are smooth unless the shiplap upgrade is selected.

Design Variations: The placement, sizing and arrangement of decorative elements may vary slightly depending on the size selected. Smaller signs may require minor adjustments to maintain the overall appearance of the design.

Natural Wood: Every piece is made from wood, so grain, knots and natural variations may be visible. These are normal characteristics of the material and make each piece unique.

Colours: Paint colours and finishes may vary slightly from those shown due to lighting, screen settings and the natural characteristics of wood.

Outdoor Display: If displaying outdoors, we recommend applying an appropriate exterior protective sealant and keeping the sign in a sheltered location to help protect it from moisture and weather.

Hanging: Hanging hardware and predrilled hanging holes are not included unless otherwise specified.

DIY Kits: Some sanding or minor preparation may be required. Assembly and painting are completed by the customer.

Please Note: Personalized orders are non-refundable.
